As the Foxy Fruits Juice Pandemic continues, more citizens are obtaining weird abilities, causing a complete lockdown of Maple City. After an explosive escape from prison, that critically injures Police Commissioner Big Ben, Jynx the Lynx is on the loose. His escape, however, also caused the release of many other criminals; including the leader of the notoriously dangerous biker gang, Wolfgang's Wolfgang. Meanwhile, as Kit, Vixie, Jack, and Max argue over whether or not they should use their powers to save the city, Fox decides to take matters into his own hands ...er...paws!
